Implementing a basic Direct Reimbursement (DR) plan, Direct Assignment (DA), Direct Assignment Plus (DA+) is simple. Interested brokers should contact one of the FDA recognized suppliers (TPAs) to make specific arrangements to enroll clients who wish to outsource claims in one of these self-funded plans. Each supplier determines the type of arrangement with the broker/agent. Brokers/agents may also contact the Florida Dental Association for a cost estimation or plan design. Plans can be self-administered to meet clients needs.
